    I just got served up a masterclass in marketing from the master of influence himself Dr. Robert Cialdini. He's got the most incredibly generous and kind manner, but boy did I feel stupid —missing such obvious insights, that once he explained them are so simple it hurt. From what image actually primes for change (note Step Change in our name and I didn't know), to how to successful prime for 15% more profitability (yes, profit) by just using the correct emoji, to how to crack through conversion rates on call to actions using a single word!... Actually, given all that I'm not sure whether we should actually publish the full talk!!! It might be best to keep some of it secret ;-) I'll have a chat with Karla Rule and my conscience... and I'm sure we'll publish the Professor in his Prime as he guides us through the core actionable takeouts of Pre-suasion. If you're a fan of influence, this is the levelup you need to prime for persuasion. If you've not seen his work you've been missing out. Like investing, the best time to get across Bob's work was 20 years ago. The second best time is to standby for Fuel for Change... and wait for the updated background image ;-) #influence #marketing #influencers

    I was wondering how I missed Gandhi's 7 social sins. Then I discovered it was because he distilled them back in October... October 1925.
